did I break a rib?

I fell on my back onto a piece of furniture and although there was no
visible bruise - everytime I breath deep or bend a certain way I get this
pain in my right side mid back and pain on my right side stomach? Did I
break a rib?
What else could it be and why am I getting a pain in the front when I landed
on my back?

A couple years ago I took a fall while rock climbing in California. I
had no bruising but holy cats everytime I breathed deep, bent over, or
twisted my torso, I would get a searing pain on my left side. After a
few days of trying to grit my teeth through the pain, I went to the
ER. Sure enough, I had fractured my rib. I'm not sure of the exact
difference between a break and a fracture, but I know there is a
difference, and if I were you, I'd get it checked out asap.
